Some more of my Polymer Clay Work

Well, I'm sitting here, thinking about some images I can use as Laser Photo Copies so that I can transfer them to Polymer Clay. Since I've done the Blue Rose, laser copy, its got my mind, just coming up with new ideas to try. Also, I'll enclose another one of my polymer clay pendants, in this post too. Here it is: (BELOW) just a regular pendant with impression on it.

Here is another one: (BELOW)This is my Foil Pendant, basically all I did was make a pendant with Black Polymer Clay, then I took some Liquid Sculpey make a thin layer on the top of the Black Polymer Clay, I cut a piece of Foil of my choosing, and also made it a little bit bigger so that it would hang over the pendant, (this way I could pull it off) When I cooked it, I cooked it at a low 200 degree, temperature for 20 to 30 minutes, watching carefully for signs of overburning, or the plastic melting, because if it melts than you can't pull it off the pendant. If your nervous about cooking at 200 degrees cook at 150 instead and just cook it longer. Half way thru cooking the pendant, I take the pendant out, and pull the Plastic from the pendant, HOPING the Foil will come off cleanly, (it took me several tries to get this right-so beware that you might have to do this more than once!-LOL ) but I think it came out alright by the 3rd or 4th time don't you?

Here is another one of my Pendants: (BELOW) Another one of my pedants with a Flower Impression Stamp on both sides of it, this pendant is colored with Gold, kind of a Rub & Buff product and some pearl ex pigments in the impression part - on the other side its reversed.

Another one of my Pendant Creations: This Pendant BELOW was made with a Cane that I purchased from one of the links on the MY FAVORITES LIST: thru Ebay on her Store. The pendant is only layered on the top and the sides, and the bottom, is black polymer clay.

Here's another one: These pendants BELOW are two that I just recently created, one has a Red and Black swirl and the other one is Turquiose and Copper Polymer Clay, at this point they aren't completely done, both of these pendants have a Polycrylic bump at the bottom, because I dunked them, and let them drip dry, I couldn't figure out a better way to do these type and get a solid coverage, so if anyone has any ideas on how to get rid of the bumps please email me and let me know... Thanks. (ie: The writing just says that I'm not done working on the top in the pendants picture)

Here is another pendant I created BELOW: This kinda fuzzy(not well taken photo) is a picture of a pendant that is black and white, and instead of leaving it round, I thought it looked more like a rock so what I did was take my craft knife and carved the pendant, so each side comes down to a pointed edge, at the bottom, I thought it looked kinda neat anyway.

Here's my first pendant that I created that was the Laser image transfered, I wasn't sure if it was actually going to come out, and its not quite done yet. BELOW:

Here's other kinds of Pendants I created: BELOW:

This pendant below is a Copper Pendant with Stamp Flower (painted)

This Pendant BELOW is a Copper Pendant
with some Pearl EX Pigment in Silver

This Pendant BELOW is a Heart Pendant -but it too isn't quite done as well... I'm hoping it will be a necklace when I'm done..

Here's some more Pendant(s): This Pedant to the Left; is a Bead pendant with my own cane which is a swirl cane. The Cane to the Right; is a pendant that is made with Polymer Clay in Blue and White with some Pearl mixed in.

This Image below is the start of a pair of Earrings, with Red Polymer Clay with a touch of Orange, on the front side and Black Polymer Clay on the Back of them. I also used an impression stamp (texture stamp) to give it a little texture)

Those where the images of my Pendants and pieces that I've done, since before I started this blog, I'm hoping as I keep working at it, it will eventually get a lot better in style and in photo taking..LOL Well, don't be shy email me and let me know what you think or even if you have and suggestion, email me at: jewelry_by_kimberley@cox.net hope to hear from you!

Well, its about 2:12AM E.S.T here, and I guess I should be getting to bed. So, I'll be going for now.. write more later on.
